Business Loan:

LOW INCOME EARNERS

Requirements of J1 Applicants

All applications are subject to credit endorsement.

- Guarantor (Must be employed for at least two (2) years.)
- Copy of the Applicant’s ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID).
- Copy of the Applicant’s TRN.
- Proof of address.
- Status letter from your tertiary institution (where applicable).
- Most Recent Transcript (where applicable).
- Processing fee outline.
Valid contact number and address for relative living in the US Copy of current job offer
Application fee $5000- Non-refundable
Processing fee- only paid if loan is approved ($10,000)

Guarantor requirements:

Valid Identification (Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID).
Tax registration number (TRN).
Proof of address.
Last three (3) pay slips or letter from employer Verifying salary.
Must be Living and working in Jamaica
Must be employed for at least two (2) years with the same company or operating a business that is regulated for 2 years or more
For self-employed guarantors, an updated audited financial statement is required from a certified
Accountant.
